Maintenance and Monitoring

Remote monitored security and alarm response 24 hours a day.

Peace of mind comes not only from having a fully integrated Intesec security system, but also from having highly trained staff monitoring your security twenty four hours a day. Whether you’re at home, at work or on holiday, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing that we’re protecting what’s precious to you.

Most insurance companies insist that alarm systems are monitored to provide police response in the event of an incident. We will make sure that our trained key response officer, the police or your keyholder is called out to your home whenever they’re needed.

Rapid response to real threats to your security

Remote monitoring is the key to rapid response. By using the very latest in telecommunication technology you are assured that any activation is known about as it happens.

Every time your alarm goes off our Alarm Monitoring Centres receive an alert. Our UK-based Alarm Response Centre is connected directly to all UK police forces. Our Alarm Response Centre is manned 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, which means your alarm is never ignored and we always respond quickly.

Once the alarm is confirmed (we filter out false alarms), we contact you and your nominated keyholders. Then, depending on your monitoring package, we may call the police or fire service where necessary.

And monitored alarms are a great deterrent too. When asked, 93% of UK burglars said that a monitored alarm* would put them off committing a burglary.
